There is no front desk at this property. This property doesn t offer after-hours check-in. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Prior to arrival guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their passport before arrival. Guests will receive an email within 5 days before arrival with check-in instructions and lockbox information. Guests can access their accommodation through a private entrance. Mandatory fees

You ll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

• Deposit: EUR 500 per accommodation per stay
• A tax is imposed by the city: EUR 2.55 per person per night. This tax does not apply to children under 15 years of age.
• Cleaning fee: EUR 280 per accommodation per stay

This property charges the following mandatory cleaning fees per stay collected at the property: EUR 160 for Deluxe Apartment bookings EUR 140 for Superior Apartment Standard Apartment and Apartment on 2 Floors bookings and EUR 100 for Studio Apartment bookings.
